Pancit Palabok
Pancit palabok is a Philippine noodle dish of Chinese origin. Thin rice noodles are covered with a thick, shrimp-flavored sauce and topped with prawns, chicharon (pork scratchings), hard-boiled eggs, tinapa (smoked fish) flakes and slices of green onion, with a generous squeeze of calamansi all over.

This is Olive helping my roommate bake me a cake - I had a rough day and came home to the cake and a really sweet note from them. There was also a series of pictures of Olive on the counter (where she’s not supposed to be) “helping” my roommate throughout the baking process. Definitely cheered me up!
